Resource Manager

What you will do
- Allocate resources to client estimates for projects and retainers
- Ensure system workflows are managed, and resourcing is delivered in an effective and timely manner
- Plan resourcing and capacity across all product teams, ensuring the right skill set is allocated to deliver client requirements on time
- Develop, build, execute and maintain processes and workflows to ensure a scalable approach to resourcing across regions
- Enhance ways of working for optimal performance and to improve efficiencies (minimising over-servicing to improve client profitability)
- Provide utilisation and capacity reports, leveraging our system
- Ensure balanced utilisation across each of the product teams
- Deliver accurate forecasting of capacity for future demand and identifying skills gaps
- Support and collaborate with departments and wider business functions to ensure resourcing meets their needs and those of the client
- Lead resource management meetings with Product and CX teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resource allocations and utilisation
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide visibility into resource availability and usage
- Support in developing strategic recommendations to solve business challenges through the implementation of operational systems and platforms
- Create consistent workflows, developing and embedding governance
- Manage and optimise the technology infrastructure and platforms that support operational resourcing and capacity planning
- Forecast capacity, balancing utilisation, minimising over-servicing and increasing client profitability and ROI
Requirements
- You have a minimum of 3 years experience in resource management, preferably within a marketing or creative agency
- You have proven experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) systems
- You have experience of working with all product departments (Strategy creative, Paid and Organic )with an understanding of how they operate
- You have experience in understanding the delivery requirements of the specialist areas and roles within an integrated agency
