For too long there have been too many barriers preventing brilliant people from getting into the digital industry.

The Journey Further (Not just a) Grad Scheme is a chance for people to join the business with no prioir experience.

Whether you’re a recent graduate, a school leaver or wanting a career change, we'll teach you, provide you with a fantastic place to learn and work, and pay you a competitive salary.

Once the scheme starts, you'll have training sessions from the best and brightest minds in the industry.

After a few months you'll start to apply your new skills to both client work and various agency initiatives.

Within a year (and in most cases much sooner), you will be a fully capable and valued member of our team.

  • The scheme runs twice a year, with start dates in January and July.

  • September for the January intake. February for the July intake.

  • The scheme currently includes roles in Paid Media, SEO, Digital PR and Website Experience Optimisation.
