Operations Specialist

What you will do
- Support the operations team by maintaining high standards of operational hygiene, contributing to the overall cleanliness and reliability of data across all operational systems
- Support the Operations team in continuously seeking out tools, methods, and techniques that streamline operational workflows and foster a culture of productivity, efficiency and innovation
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the three operational pillars and their interdependencies, supporting cross-functional coordination and consistency in daily tasks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company’s CRM & agency management system; liaise with the relevant stakeholders to correct data inaccuracies in an efficient time frame
- Generate reports and analyse data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for operational enhancements
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies
- Support with the all centrally owned system data quality checks by assisting with audits and system updates on a regular basis (Platform Technology, Business Intelligence and Resource Management)
- Support the implementation of strategies to prevent recurring data quality issues
- Assist clients with onboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and information is collected and accurately recorded within the CRM system and agency management system
- Maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in an operational role
- Experience working in an agency environment (preferable but not essential)
- You have advanced in GoogleSheets skills
- You are able to foster strong relationships with team members
- You are detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have strong organisational and communications skills
