About the Company
Saulderson Media is a premium influencer marketing and talent management agency. We specialise in driving awareness and growth, predominantly for gaming, consumer tech, entertainment and SAAS companies.
Alongside this, we manage a roster of high-performing content creators across all platforms, providing support to turn content creation passions into long-lasting careers.
Over the last 7 years, we've worked with top brands and creators, executing award-winning campaigns for the likes of ASUS, Ubisoft, ACER UK, Sandbox VR, Netflix, Backbone and many more.
This year, we became part of The Journey Further Group, a full-service performance marketing agency, that now gives us greater strength and depth to deliver for our clients.
What you will do
- Manage your pipeline from lead generation to deal closure to meet the team quota, handling tasks such as qualification, presentation creation, pitching, nurturing relationships, negotiating, and finalising sales
- Lead and close complex, high-value (often global) new business opportunities, acting as the senior point of contact and subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle
- Strategically qualify inbound leads, ensuring their needs align with agency solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor with prospects to enable custom pitches and successful negotiations, informed by in-depth knowledge of influencer marketing and our target sectors
- Develop strong working relationships across teams to align on services, value propositions, and pricing to drive revenue growth
- Represent the agency at key industry events globally, and cultivate top-tier relationships to proactively uncover new sales opportunities aligned with our strategic growth objectives
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to develop innovative service packaging, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies that unlock significant new revenue streams
Requirements
- You have a deep understanding of the US/UK influencer marketing landscape and social media ecosystem
- You have experience in a new business sales role, pitching and retaining large brands within gaming, consumer technology, entertainment, SAAS or AI
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding significant revenue targets, ideally through influencer, social or content-first solutions
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead without direct authority across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions for complex business challenges
- Experience with complex influencer marketing deals worth +£200K in annual agency fee value
- Flexible ways of working to successfully influence a global team
- Charisma, a strong POV, and self-confidence
- Superior writing and communication skills, capable of crafting compelling narratives and presentations for C-suite audiences
- Comfort with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Google Slides

Salary £62,000 - £70,000 (For London) + Commission. OTE £100,000+
