What you will do
Lead our US lead generation activities by taking ownership of our always on and strategic outreach strategies
Develop and execute highly targeted, bespoke outreach strategies for high-priority accounts within the ICP, leveraging deep research and market insights
Generate and utilise high-level market insights, data, content, and thought leadership to drive engagement and interest in JF services
Conduct initial research, qualify leads based on advanced criteria, and book new appointments for the New Business team
Serve as the critical bridge, attending initial meetings and nurturing potential clients until a clear, defined opportunity is ready for the New Business team
Track personal KPIs, analyse outreach performance data, identify messaging trends, and adjust strategies to maximize conversion rates
Work closely with team leadership and marketing to refine lead generation tactics and ensure alignment on strategic account targeting
Provide informal support, feedback, and mentorship for onboarding and training junior team members to uplift team capabilities
Maintain meticulous, accurate records in the CRM, expanding data and logging all activity, while ensuring proficiency in sales enablement tools
Requirements
You have some experience in an agency sales role and you’re comfortable building relationships with senior stakeholders across a number of industries
Proficient in CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales Engagement tools), with the ability to train others
Advanced understanding of the agency’s service offerings and industry-specific challenges, including a thorough understanding of current digital marketing trends and the competitive landscape
Good understanding of our identified Personas and ICP tiers, and how that translates to different communication strategies
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with a focus on consultative selling and a consultative approach to prospect engagement
Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and adjust strategies for optimal outcomes
Knowledge of applied sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC) and their application in prospecting processes
Resilience and a positive attitude towards rejection, strong time management and organisational skills, and the ability to self-manage

Salary as advertised plus commission structure

Based in the UK but will focus on US sales
