Manager, Organic Strategy

What you will do
Develop and execute comprehensive organic strategies for a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring every tactic maps back to overarching business goals
Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, managing expectations, reporting on progress and proactively identifying new opportunities for growth
Oversee the delivery of various organic tactics, from technical SEO audits to content mapping and digital PR integration, ensuring they meet the agency’s high standards
Use data-led thinking to provide clear, actionable insights to clients, demonstrating the commercial value of organic efforts
Work closely with our Paid Media, Creative and Data departments to ensure organic strategy is integrated into the wider digital marketing mix
Assist in refining internal processes and adopting new tools to improve the efficiency and impact of our organic delivery
Proactively identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within your client portfolio where organic strategy can add further value
Maintain a deep curiosity for the evolving search landscape, including AI developments, social search, and platform algorithm updates
Requirements
Experience in developing and implementing organic strategies that have delivered measurable results
Ability to explain complex organic concepts to clients in a way that is easy to understand and commercially relevant
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines across a diverse client portfolio
Comfortable using data (GA4, Search Console, etc) to drive decision-making and prove ROI
A desire to coach and develop others, sharing your expertise to level up the wider team
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and pivot strategies based on data or market changes
Experience in leading cross-departmental projects that integrate organic with PPC or Product teams
Experience handling enterprise-level international migrations or global roll-outs
Familiarity with emerging organic platforms like TikTok, YouTube, or LLM-based search
Salary
Leeds - £35,000 - £42,000
London - £39,000 - £47,000
