What you will do
- Develop multi-channel content strategies that connect brand goals with audience behaviour across search, social, and emerging platforms
- Analyse organic and platform-specific behaviour to inform content and channel strategies, using insights to shape an asset mix that performs where it lives
- Research deeply and translate complex information into simple, human stories that resonate with target audiences
- Partner with SEO, PR, and Creative teams to deliver integrated channel plans and content that drives visibility, engagement, and conversions
- Transform strategic briefs into high-impact content ideation and implementation across multiple formats
- Lead content delivery across key client accounts, managing timelines and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide quality output and service
- Track and interpret content performance metrics, using insights to refine strategies and demonstrate impact
- Identify content gaps and opportunities, developing ideas that address audience needs and strengthen brand authority
- Contribute to improving internal content workflows, ensuring efficiency and quality in how strategies move from insight to execution
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience creating and leading content and channel strategies
- Strong storytelling skills — able to simplify complex ideas into clear, relatable narratives for a target audience
- Excellent written, creative, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt across tone, audience, and platform
- Experience creating audience-first content across editorial, video, and social channels
- Strong grasp of SEO principles, on-page optimisation, and how to tailor content for evolving AI search and discovery behaviours
- Comfortable interpreting and acting on performance data, using tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SparkToro
- Confident working in fast-paced, collaborative environments, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- A track record of cross-functional collaboration, aligning content with broader marketing and brand strategies
- Experience conducting content audits and gap analyses, identifying areas to strengthen visibility and engagement
- Proficiency in CMS platforms and digital content tools, and a curiosity for testing new formats, approaches, and technologies

London: £34,000 - £36,000
