What you will do
- Lead senior client relationships across a portfolio of US accounts and be accountable for delivery, growth and retention
- Distill complex strategies into clear client narratives that drive measurable outcomes
- Direct cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns, ensuring consistency, quality, and client satisfaction
- Embed CX best practice into client plans, aligning with global frameworks and a client-first approach
- Support new business efforts and collaborate on pitches end-to-end, from strategy through to delivery
- Apply commercial acumen to meet revenue growth and retention goals
- Embed audience and market insights into strategies to strengthen outcomes
- Manage senior client expectations with confidence, clarity, and authority
- Build strong partnerships with US leadership and CX leadership to ensure global best practice is applied locally
- Maintain accountability for embedding CX frameworks and strengthening long-term partnerships
Requirements
- Proven senior-level client service experience in digital marketing strategy and planning with strong media knowledge (paid, earned and owned)
- Experience with relevant media planning tools such as Kantar and GWI
- Demonstrated ability to manage, grow, and retain complex accounts, particularly with US-based clients
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of hitting revenue growth and retention goals
- Strategic thinker, able to uncover the root of a client’s business challenges, understand their audiences deeply, and translate that into actionable strategies that drive measurable growth
- Confident communicator, experienced in managing senior client expectations with authority and consistency
- Proven ability to lead pitches and and strategic proposals end-to-end, from insight and story to delivery
- A collaborative yet directive leadership style, empowering teams while holding clear accountability for outcomes
- Experience embedding client experience best practice into account delivery to strengthen long-term partnerships
- Media planning knowledge and execution experience would be advantageous
