What you will do

• Craft stand-out design for brands and campaigns that don’t just look great, but delivers results too
• Develop, inspire and lead junior designers, helping them to create high-quality innovative work with hands-on creative and art direction
• Support our Creative Director on client relationships, pitching and new business opportunities
• Collaborate with channel teams to continuously leverage feedback, analytics and iterative testing to take our clients ‘beyond performance’ 
• Elevate brand perception, set new trends and best practices across brand, PR, social, and influencer spaces
• Partner with our Tech team to drive efficiencies with AI and ensure we take advantage of latest tech and automation software to deliver excellence
• Proactively push our projects, spotting upsell opportunities to drive value for our clients
• Support our Creative Director to strategically develop the department
• Work closely with our Creative Director and Senior Creative Project Manager to oversee the design process from concept to completion
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Champion creative thinking in the agency and for our clients

Requirements

• You have proven experience as a Senior Designer, Head of Design or a similar role in a creative agency
• You have examples of previous work involving integrated campaigns, digital design, social media or OOH/DOOH
• You have experience line managing or mentoring junior creatives, to motivate and inspire a team to do their best work
• You have a portfolio of original and highly creative ideas for successful design projects across various media, that demonstrate an eye for detail, exceptional craft and experience of art direction
• You’re strong on craft but just as confident in contributing to early creative thinking
• You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly, and build strong and trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
• You have demonstrated project management skills and are capable of managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
• You have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• You uphold the highest standards for design output
• You stay sharp on trends, tech, best practice and cultural shifts that inform great creative
• You’re curious and excited by proactivity and experimentation
• You’re an expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• You showcase tech/AI in creative development
