What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively addressing challenges and providing strategic recommendations
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive PR strategies that align with client objectives
- Independently manage PR delivery for designated accounts, ensuring deadlines, quality, and client expectations are met
- Oversee PR performance metrics, identifying trends and making data-driven recommendations
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximizing ROI
- Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and professional development in PR best practices
- Identify opportunities to enhance PR services based on client needs and market trends
- Implement and refine PR tools to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance reporting
- Lead high-value campaigns, including global launches and multi-channel initiatives
- Drive innovation, exploring and integrating new PR methodologies
- Identify inefficiencies in PR execution and reporting workflows, implementing solutions to enhance team scalability
- Contribute to new business opportunities by supporting pitch development, providing case studies, and demonstrating PR impact
Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience in a PR-focused role, preferably within an agency setting
- You’re highly organized and a clear, consistent communicator
- You have proven experience in PR, with a track record of leading successful campaigns
- You’re a strategic thinker and develop impactful PR strategies
- You’re excellent at managing client relationships
- You can mentor and develop junior team members
- You have a data-driven mindset with expertise in monitoring PR performance and recommending improvements
- You use PR tools and platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness
- You have experience managing budgets and ensuring cost-efficient campaign execution
