What you will do
- Assist in building and maintaining client relationships
- Gather client requirements and understand their goals and objectives
- Support in coordination of all client deliverables, working with the cross-functional team to ensure cohesive project execution
- Coordinate internal and external syncs
- Ensure all client deliverables and internal communications are well-documented and organised
- Help with administrative tasks related to account and project management
- Deliver project management best practices on client accounts
- Coordinate clients and internal client teams and ensure account coordination becomes a reality, retaining direct client access to specialists
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and within scope
- Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency
- Oversee the production process, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
- Track project expenses and report on financial performance
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly
- Maintain a collaborative, positive channel team environment
- Ensure understanding and execution of client excellence standards across the agency
Requirements
- You have a minimum 3 years experience in Project Management or Account Management, within a performance marketing or creative agency
- You have proven experience with industry-standard Project/Agency Management systems (e.g. Mavenlink, Synergist, Screendragon, Paprika, HubSpot CRM, etc.)
- You have strong documentation and reporting skills
- You’re skilled at financial management and data analysis
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills
- You’re proficient in budget and financial management
- You’re process-oriented with risk management and quality control knowledge
- You’re a strong collaborator who is adaptable and agile
- You understand formalities and governance awareness
- Some media production knowledge is desirable
