Generate actionable insights, recommendations and test ideas using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics and digital experience platforms such as FullStory, ContentSquare and Hotjar
Manage tagging and tracking needs for clients (with support from the front-end development team where needed)
Run demonstration and POC sessions for potential reseller clients of partner tools and lead training and onboarding sessions where these are implemented
Help manage the relationships with our key software partners
Support the wider research team with their broader service, including user testing, behavioural research, user psychology and more
Create data reporting and visualisations within tools, as well as extraction and manipulation of data in external platforms
Work with our conversion specialists to deliver research projects for retained clients, presenting back internally or directly to clients
Lead the relationships and partnerships with our key tech vendors
You have strong digital analytics experience and a history of turning data into actionable insights
You are familiar with data storytelling and know your way around . GA4, Adobe Analytics and other analytics platforms
You have experience with at least one digital experience platform (e.g. Contentsquare, Mixpanel, Amplitude Analytics) and can pick others up quickly.
Detailed knowledge of FullStory desirable
You display a broad range of data and analytics skills. SQL/Python/Perl/C/Java and other technical skills related to data processing and data visualisation are desirable
You have strong client-facing skills and are comfortable presenting insight regularly
You are comfortable working independently self-manage and have excellent organisational skills
