About the Company
Saulderson Media is a premium influencer marketing and talent management agency. We specialise in driving awareness and growth, predominantly for gaming, consumer tech, entertainment and SAAS companies.
Alongside this, we manage a roster of high-performing content creators across all platforms, providing support to turn content creation passions into long-lasting careers.
Over the last 7 years, we've worked with top brands and creators, executing award-winning campaigns for the likes of ASUS, Ubisoft, ACER UK, Sandbox VR, Netflix, Backbone and many more.
This year, we became part of The Journey Further Group, a full-service performance marketing agency, that now gives us greater strength and depth to deliver for our clients.
About the role
As the talent executive you will work with the Talent Manager to maintain smooth deal flow and high level delivery for all clients assigned to you. From inbox management to content drafts you will be the first point of contact. While ensuring our talent and their clients are provided the best service, you will be on the lookout for the next big thing. Spotting creators with a spark will be our super power. You will then work with the Talent Manager to build an approach strategy and growth strategy for these creators. You will develop a deep understanding of each talent’s strengths and weaknesses and how Saulderson can help to amplify the strengths and negate the weaknesses.
What you will do
Lead day to day inbox management for select clients
Handle client discussions to ensure talent understands briefs and content requirements
Support the talent manager when building growth strategies and business development planning
Ensure talent analytics data is kept up to date and accurate
Scout possible new talent to join the Saulderson Roster
Negotiate with brands to build strong partnerships for our talent roster
Complete brand outreach to bring in new sponsorship leads for talent on and off the exclusive roster
Maintain high project management standards and maintain project tracker sheets that are kept up to date
Assist talent with content trends, content development and general best practices for the industry
Complete end to end deal processing to ensure a smooth flow of work for all clients
Requirements
A genuine passion for the creator economy and a solid understanding of the social media landscape across platforms like YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, and TikTok
1-2 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, PR, or a related field
Strong communicator, confident on calls and emails with both talent and brand partners
Commercially aware, with an understanding of how brand deals and sponsorship work
Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple clients and projects without dropping the ball
A collaborative team player who is comfortable taking direction and working within established processes
Sharp attention to detail, particularly when managing briefs, trackers, and client-facing materials
A natural interest in emerging talent, always keeping one eye on who's up and coming
Strong understanding of data metrics and social media valuations
A drive to learn, grow and build a better talent management environment for all
