What you will do
Craft and implement strategies that fuse creativity with media expertise, providing clients with a clear roadmap to achieve their objectives while ensuring every touchpoint with the brand is rigorously tested for effectiveness
Develop holistic media strategies that align with client objectives, target audience insights, and market trends, providing a roadmap for impactful media execution
Write compelling and actionable channel briefs that inspire the specialist team and spark innovative ideation, ensuring alignment with client objectives and market dynamics
Implement rigorous testing methodologies to evaluate channel performance against key metrics, iterating and optimising creative elements to maximise effectiveness and ROI
Champion a data-centric approach to insight development, leveraging digital insights and testable hypotheses to optimise towards and drive measurable impact for clients
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic counsel on marketing direction and execution, and fostering collaborative relationships to ensure seamless alignment with brand mission and business goals

Harness the power of digital channels to devise media strategies that deliver impact with target audiences, foster engagement, and deliver tangible results in the ever-evolving online landscape
Collaborate closely with specialist teams to inspire ground breaking ideas, refine concepts, and ensure that every creative execution aligns with the overarching strategic vision
Utilise data and analytics tools, preferably being proficient in Kantar TGI, to glean actionable insights into audience behaviour, campaign performance, and industry trends, informing media strategy and iteration
Lead cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and account management, to ensure seamless integration of strategies across all touchpoints and channels
Requirements
Demonstrated ability to develop innovative and impactful media strategies that break through the noise and drive results
Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with a keen ability to derive actionable insights to inform media decisions and optimisations
Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to align media initiatives with broader business objectives and market opportunities
Exceptional client management skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service and value
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices, with a proven track record of leveraging digital capabilities to enhance effectiveness
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, working closely with creative, media, and account teams to achieve shared goals
Proven ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to creative challenges, constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible
Proven track record of working on and executing successful media strategies that drive business results
